I wasn’t sure if I wanted to cover any more award shows on this blog…and I’m still not sure if I will going forward…but watching the live stream of the Oscars red carpet got me all sorts of inspired, so here we go. The one thing I’ve learned about my taste and personal style preference is that anytime a look feels contrived and like I’m trying, it looks awkward. Less is more, less is always more! The red carpet is a place to show up and show out, which is lovely. But when a look is simple with a hint of sass and trend appropriate-ness it just looks wonderful and the person rocking it looks confident and wonderful!
